Three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical market in Poland and Europe, one of the pioneers of healthcare market research in Poland and Eastern Europe. Introduced research and analysis systems in various markets: sales of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic behaviour: of doctors, pharmacists and patients, and, systems for simulating the behaviour of the healthcare market under the influence of regulatory or economic changes, etc. He led – as general manager/regional director/president, business organisations in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe in companies such as Medical Data Management, e-zdrowie.com (portal esculap.pl), Dendrite, Cegedim and PharmaExpert. Doctorate in Sociology at the University of Warsaw – 12 years’ work experience at the Institute of Sociology, University of Warsaw. Speaker/panelist at many national and international conferences, author of regular and dedicated publications in professional media. Lecturer at postgraduate studies: business schools and medical universities.

Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Management and Department of International Relations, holder of an MBA, University of Illinois at Urbana. Twenty-five years of experience in the pharmaceutical market both as a provider of solutions to pharmaceutical companies and as their customer. Worked in managerial positions in, among others, Polpharma, Ratiopharma as well as companies specialising in health care research and consultancy – PMM, MDM, PharmaExpert. Expert in sales management, building and implementation of business efficiency strategies, analysis and use of market data. Co-founded the first specialised Sales Force Effectivness units in the pharmaceutical market and was responsible for BI projects. Expert in the field of medical and pharmaceutical market research, with more than 15 years of experience gained in major international and Polish research companies. At PEX, she has been advising Clients since 2013 on the choice of optimal methods for obtaining the necessary information and data required for decision-making and planning business activities. He manages the work of the Research Department and comprehensively coordinates ongoing research projects. She has many years of experience in projects relating to highly specialised markets [RX drugs and therapies available under drug programmes]. She specialises in epidemiological and medical research used, among other things, in Market Access processes and for the needs of medical and marketing departments of pharmaceutical companies. She has co-authored publications based on completed projects and has extensive experience in working with key Experts in many medical areas.
Krzysztof Gersz Director of Consulting and Analysis
He is a doctor by training. He has spent his career in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 1993, he has worked for companies such as Servier, BMS, Sanofi, Organon, Teva and Recordati, primarily in operational marketing, holding positions ranging from Product Manager to Marketing Director. Joined the PEX team in June 2015, initially responsible for the design and development of marketing services. Expert in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and sales forecasting.
Dariusz Czebreszuk Director of the Data Science and IT Department
Sociologist by education. In PEX for 6 years responsible for projects in the area of widely understood Data Science, databases and related processes, internal services/services and all other aspects of the company’s IT functioning. Also responsible for customer relations in the area at the interface between business and IT. Previous experience includes leading consulting and analytical projects for the pharmaceutical market as team leader, where he introduced innovative analytical methodologies in the areas of pricing and SFE measurement, among others (7 years). Also researcher / quantitative data analyst in marketing research (5 years).
Executive MBA graduate. He has a quarter of a century of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He gathered his experience in managerial positions at, among others, IMS Health, Cegedim and several other companies, carrying out projects for countless pharmaceutical companies. B2B sales expert. Agnieszka Zamojska Director of Marketing Department Deputy Director of the Sales Department
Associated with the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. She gained her experience working for companies such as Polish Medical Mailing, Medical Data Management, Dendrite or Cegedim as well as holding the position of Business Development Manager at a pharmaceutical company for 7 years. At PEX since 2020. She is co-responsible for the development of the company and the implementation of the sales plan. Her areas of responsibility also include the company’s marketing and promotional activities.

He has gained nearly 25 years of experience in numerous projects, including in the areas of pharmaceutical market data and analysis, SFE (resource optimisation, territorial allocation, physician and pharmacy targeting), carried out by market leaders in B2B healthcare services (Sequence, Azyx, IMS Health Management Consulting (now Iqvia), Institute for Hospital Research and Information). Sociologist. Over 15 years’ experience in projects for the pharmaceutical market. Initially as a qualitative researcher, then as an expert in selecting appropriate solutions for Clients. Involved in projects providing information to help create and adapt product strategies to the specifics of the rare diseases market; enabling adequate coordination of information and promotional activities; supporting Market Access activities in the area of market entry, obtaining reimbursement and negotiating its conditions, complying with health policy guidelines, and adjusting to regulations; supporting medical departments by providing solutions to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and patient organisations, by understanding patient needs, supporting research and promoting awareness of rare diseases.

Graduate of Quantitative Methods at the Warsaw School of Economics. At PEX, she has been implementing projects based on pharmacy data analysis since 2014.
